Dear January

Its seems like only yesterday was new years eve, before that it was Christmas and before that it was someone’s birthday.
January has flown by and I haven’t had much time to reflect on what the hell am I doing?
I didn't go out of my way to make a list of new years resolutions, I just had one main idea I knew I wanted to follow through with. To enjoy each day more, be a little more spontaneous and adventurous, say yes more and be a little more personable. In general, have more fun!  So far January has proven to be a step in the right direction, with the help of my handy 2012 diary.
I tend to be a little forgetful so each day I write just a general comment about my day, what I ate or where I went, if something happened that made me laugh. It helps me remember the good things of that day and let go of anything that might have bothered me. I also have a few quotes throughout the days to help “inspire” me I suppose, or to tell me things always improve.
Heres a few snaps to show you through my January!

My first attempt at scrambled eggs! I then had it the next three days in a row..
Is this what boys are using to pick up nowadays? My friend was handed this "business" card one evening.

My attempt at jewellery making. I'm still learning. Practice makes perfect!
Thanks for the moustache triple j . We spent January 26th playing with beads and crayons.
Not to mention a tarp and a lot of detergent!
By January second I had already completed the "do something I've never done before" and this was exactly it.  I didn't get a snap of myself so here's one of the boys. Funnily enough I did the exact same thing the next day with an entirely different group of people, however on that day I ended up slightly concussed after head butting my friend when we tipped and flew into the air.
So, Dear February hopefully you continue the new experiences and fun, as I'm sure you will. The 8th marks the day I begin my new course which I'm sure will challenge me in more ways than one. Especially since I now have to pack my own lunches.
